Astrology, Yoga & Meditation I have been doing yoga and meditation for over 20 years, as a personal trainer I advanced my ability to teach. I write guided meditations layered with imagery and music including alpha to theta waves enhancing the experience. I use both Western and Vedic astrology in my work with an emphasis on lunar tracking to find emotional clarity.
