Animal Reiki & Intuitive Animal Connection

I use the term ANIMAL REIKI  because it's the name most people recognoze. For me, this work has never been about learnng a technique—it has been a lifelong relationship with animal. My role is not about replacing veternary care. It is about supporting the bond between you and your companion. Healing happens through relationship. I guide both the person and the animal, helping you recognize their language, regulate your own emotions, and becoming a calm, reassuring presece during tiimes of illness, anxiety, recovery, or transition.I also strongly endorse pet insurance and for me it is Trupanion. Over the last 15 years they have saved us 100k minimal from Muffy, our German Shephard being diagnosed with a pancreatic disorder at the age of 3, she is now 15 and still going strong. Daisy, our Yorkie who has passed was diagnosed with congestive heart disease. When I heard it my heart dropped, then I asked how long—3 months, maybe more

Two companions who taught me the most:

Daisy was our Yorkie and when she recieved her diagnosis of a congestive heart disease.When I heard it my heart dropped, then I asked how long—3 months, maybe more. Firtsly I made sure we got all the medicine she needed, then I decided I would try and help, because it pushes on their trachea making it hard to breathe. All my life I have  worked with horses, cats, dogs, birds, learning how they communcate. It came natural to me. So my goal was simple keep her comfortable. At first they don't understand exatly what you are doing and might not sit for as long, but that passes and Daisy started coming to me specifically for healing. She would turn into the position and allow me to do my work. The bond deepens, and on the night when Daisy passed I was in the hospital—but I heard her calling for me in a panic. I called my daughter told her to go to Daisy give her specific medicine and not leave her alone. Three hours later she passed in my husbands arms. She made it over a year after the diagnosis and we were able to take her on one last trip when we went to Drumheller. Why am I telling you this? Becasue you need to know the value I place on all who share my home. My goal is to teach you how to be the support that your companion needs.

Then there is Muffy and she 15, her hips are bad, common for a dog her breed and age. I can't remember why we ran out of medication, but we did and it was a snow storm. NEVER GIVE YOUR PET MEDICATION UNLESS RECCOMENDED BY A VETERINARIAN! I worked in healthcare and know pharmaceuticals so I made a call that I knew was safe and gave her my medication in a very small dose. She couldn't stand and wouldn't drink. The next thing I did because the medicine would take 45 minutes at least was put my forehead to hers. this is neurololgy so the brain was a better place to focus. After my visualizations and energy work were complete about 10 minutes, she stood and walked. I have it all on video not for show, because I needed to remeber. It is not easy seeing them in pain,I hadn't tried enegy work on her before but I am glad I did. It is not something you do instead of veternary care, it is something you do to compliment it or in this case, either I had to lift her in a snowstorm into my truck, drive a far distance, or I could try to get her through the night—and I did. 

So now you know a bit about what I do and why I do it. Cost is on a sliding scale, my goal is not your $$$, yes my time has value, and what I do has value—but I am flexible when it comes to rates.
