A Three-Month Reset for Instinct, Regulation, and Clarity

Candilini is a focused three-month reset designed to help you reconnect with your instincts, regulate your nervous system, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

This work follows the body’s natural central channel — often referred to in science as the vagus nerve — which runs through the same key centers long recognized in mind-body traditions. Different languages, same system.

The process moves through three core phases:

HARA — Safety and Instinct

This phase focuses on grounding, nervous system safety, and restoring trust in your gut instincts. When this foundation is stable, decision-making becomes clearer and the body exits constant survival mode.

HEART — Connection and Regulation

Here we work with emotional regulation, boundaries, and connection. This is where overwhelm softens, relationships stabilize, and you learn to stay present without collapsing or overreacting.

CROWN — Clarity and Action

This final phase supports focus, integration, and forward movement. When the system is regulated, clarity emerges naturally and action becomes sustainable instead of forced.

Candilini blends nervous system awareness, embodied practices, guided reflection, and practical tools. About Me

My name is Candis, a spiritual practitioner, healer, and writer sharing my voice across different platforms. My path is deeply rooted in experience-shaped by six near death encounters, Reiki, sacred visions, and years of working across traditions. In addition to my spiritual practice, I bring over 12 years of experience working in healthcare and wellness, with a background in personal training, nervous system regulation, and client-centered support. I am currently enrolled in the Athabasca University program and furthering my academic training in mind-body and behavioral health.

Over the past five years, I have been developing the Candilini framework through lived experience, professional training, and direct client work. My approach bridges instinct, nervous system regulation, and grounded integration — helping people return to clarity faster, even during intense life transitions.

What makes my work different is that it isn't confined to one belief or tradition. Whether your roots lie in Islam, Christianity, Indigenous teachings, Buddhism, or none at all, I honor your path. If I craft something for you, I sit in that centered space -- with reverence and grace for your beliefs and full presence in ritual.

This isn't a job -- it's the reason I survived. I've been gutted open, seen the other side, and returned with a promise to help the lost find their way back. My aim is to offer what I've been given: clarity, healing and sacred tools to guide you beyond the veil.
